FIRST COURSE SALAD
Seared Sea Scallop, hearts of palm, celery root, lovage crema
Beef Filet wrapped asparagus, crisp sarvecchio, black truffle vinaigrette
Arugula salad, port poached pear, bay blue, candied pecans, kumquat oil and vinegar
Braised beef short ribs, potato purée, purple haze carrots, natural reduction
Seared halibut, vanilla salsify, snap peas, little potatoes, Meyer lemon butter
Butternut squash ravioli, fried sage, brown butter, Parmesan snow.
You will be able to choose from a selection of desserts during dinner.
ARRIVAL AND MEAL TIMES
Doors will open at 5:30pm for dinner guests to select their seats and enjoy cocktails
Dinner will be served at 6:00pm
